It started when I looked in the mirror and couldn't ignore it anymore: the weight gain, the belly, the buildup of stubborn visceral fat. My favorite clothes simply stopped fitting. I had to face the hard truth—I wasn't exercising, and I was mindlessly snacking all day long.

So, I made a change. I cut out almost all the snacks and dragged myself to the gym. But the first year? Absolutely zero results.It was incredibly frustrating, but I didn't quit. I kept going into the second year and finally started seeing some small changes.

It ultimately took me three long years to figure it out, and that was only because I finally sat down, did the actual research, and learned how to train and eat properly.
